Progyandeep e-Trade द्वारा PMC Smart Card & Membership Program का उद्देश्य ग्राहकों, विद्यार्थियों, परिवारों एवं ग्रामीण/शहरी सदस्यों को एक ही Membership Platform के माध्यम से Shopping Benefits, Digital Services, Free Education Support, Skill Development, Membership Offers एवं अन्य eligible benefits उपलब्ध कराना है।
PMC Smart Card सदस्य की Membership Identification & Digital Benefit Access Card के रूप में कार्य करेगा।
1. 💳 PMC SMART CARD – DIRECT CARD PURCHASE
जो व्यक्ति कोई Membership Package नहीं लेना चाहता, वह केवल PMC Smart Card Membership ₹354/- में प्राप्त कर सकता है।
💰 Card Membership Fee: ₹354/- Only
PMC Smart Card निम्न माध्यमों से Apply/Purchase किया जा सकता है:
A. 👤 BLO / VLO के माध्यम से
Member अपने क्षेत्र के अधिकृत BLO/VLO से PMC Smart Card के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।
B. 🤝 Sponsor ID / Associate Member के माध्यम से
किसी अधिकृत Sponsor ID / Associate Member के माध्यम से Membership Registration कराया जा सकता है।
C. 🌐 Online Application
Customer स्वयं Progyandeep e-Trade की Website के माध्यम से Online PMC Smart Card के लिए Apply कर सकता है।
D. 🏢 Authorized Staff के माध्यम से
Progyandeep e-Trade के अधिकृत Staff/Representative से संपर्क करके Card के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
E. 🎁 Membership Package के साथ
Customer ₹600/-, ₹1,100/-, ₹2,100/- या ₹2,500/- के किसी भी निर्धारित Membership Package को Purchase करके भी PMC Smart Card प्राप्त कर सकता है।
अर्थात ₹354/- केवल Direct PMC Smart Card Membership के लिए है। Package Purchase करने वाले Customer को संबंधित Package के अनुसार PMC Smart Card सहित Products एवं Membership Benefits प्राप्त होंगे।

6. 💰 MEMBERSHIP JOINING PROCESS
Step 1 – Membership Selection
Customer अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार:
- PMC Smart Card – ₹354/-
या - ₹600/- Basic Smart
- ₹1,100/- Family Smart
- ₹2,100/- Family Plus
- ₹2,500/- Premium Family
में से कोई विकल्प चुन सकता है।
Step 2 – Registration
Customer अपना Membership Registration Form Online या अधिकृत BLO/VLO/Staff/Sponsor/Associate के माध्यम से भरता है।
Step 3 – Required Details
आवश्यक Member Details एवं documents submit किए जाते हैं।
Step 4 – Payment
निर्धारित Membership Fee का भुगतान किया जाता है।
Step 5 – Verification
Registration एवं payment की आवश्यक verification की जाती है।
Step 6 – PMC Card Issue
Verification/activation के बाद Member को PMC Smart Card / Digital Membership जारी किया जाता है।
Step 7 – Product Delivery
Package Members को निर्धारित products availability एवं applicable delivery process के अनुसार उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं।
7. 📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS / DETAILS
Membership Registration के लिए सामान्यतः:
- Applicant का Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Date of Birth / Age, where required
- Gender
- Address
- Recent Photograph
- पहचान/आवश्यक KYC document, जहाँ लागू हो
- Email ID, यदि उपलब्ध हो
- Sponsor ID / Associate ID / BLO/VLO ID, जहाँ लागू हो
केवल आवश्यक KYC/verification के लिए आवश्यक documents ही लिए जाएंगे।
8. 🔄 PMC CARD RENEWAL
First Year
Membership/Card की initial validity Issue/Joining Date से 1 Year तक रहेगी, applicable plan के अनुसार।
After 1 Year
Renewal Fee: ₹100/- Per Year
अर्थात: 1 Year Complete → Renewal → ₹100/- प्रति वर्ष
Renewal के बाद Card/Membership को applicable terms के अनुसार अगले वर्ष के लिए continue किया जा सकेगा।
Renewal benefits, validity और applicable services कंपनी की prevailing Membership Policy के अनुसार हो सकते हैं।
9. 📌 IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Membership/Card केवल निर्धारित registration एवं payment process पूरा होने के बाद activate/issue किया जाएगा।
- ₹354/- Direct PMC Smart Card Membership Fee है।
- ₹600/-, ₹1,100/-, ₹2,100/- एवं ₹2,500/- संबंधित Membership Packages की fixed membership fees हैं।
- Package में शामिल Products उपलब्ध stock एवं निर्धारित product list के अनुसार होंगे।
- Product colour, brand, model या design availability के अनुसार बदल सकता है।
- आवश्यक होने पर समान या equivalent product उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।
- PMC Smart Card Member की पहचान एवं eligible membership benefits access के लिए उपयोग किया जाएगा।
- Cashback, Offers, Coupons, Wallet एवं Business/Referral Benefits eligibility, applicable plan, limits एवं Terms & Conditions के अधीन होंगे।
- Free Education, Examination एवं Certificate Benefits संबंधित course, eligibility, availability एवं examination rules के अनुसार होंगे।
- Referral/Business Income केवल eligible referral एवं applicable incentive plan के अनुसार देय होगी।
- Membership/Card को किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को transfer नहीं किया जा सकता, जहाँ applicable policy ऐसा निर्धारित करती है।
- Membership activation के बाद सामान्य परिस्थितियों में refund applicable company refund/cancellation policy के अनुसार होगा।
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong/Incomplete Product की शिकायत निर्धारित समय एवं verification process के अनुसार की जाएगी।
- Manufacturer warranty वाले products पर warranty संबंधित manufacturer/supplier policy के अनुसार लागू होगी।
- कंपनी आवश्यकतानुसार Membership Benefits, Products, Offers, Courses एवं Terms में परिवर्तन कर सकती है।
- सभी services एवं benefits applicable laws तथा company policies के अधीन होंगे।
10. 🔐 MEMBER PRIVACY & CARD SECURITY
Member द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग Membership Registration, Card Issuance, Verification, Customer Support एवं संबंधित Membership Services के लिए किया जा सकता है।
Member को अपने PMC Card, Membership ID एवं अन्य account-related information को सुरक्षित रखना चाहिए।
