Evaluation Criteria
To pass each subject, students must secure a minimum of 50% marks. For subjects involving both theory and practical components, students must pass each component separately.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- Certificate Courses : 50%
- Diploma/Advance Diploma Courses : 50%
- Postgraduate Diploma (PG Diploma) Courses : 50%
Grading System
Grades are awarded based on the percentage of marks obtained:

Re-Examination
- Students must secure at least 50% marks in each course/semester to qualify.
- Students who do not pass in one sitting can re-appear for the failed exams.
- Re-examination Fee: Rs 250/- (Demand Draft favoring "Gyandeep Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha / Progyandep Education & Technology Pvt. Ltd", payable at Ghazipur).
- Students failing to appear for re-examination within the specified time will not be entitled to a certificate or further re-examinations. They must undergo the full registration procedure for re-admission.
Results
- Results are available within 30 days of the examination on the GDJKSS/PGETPL website: https://progyandeep.com/verification/mark or https://gyandeepjkss.org/result.php
- Certificate/Marksheet: Certificates and diplomas will be awarded only after the successful completion of the course and are valid for employment across India.

Grade Criteria
For those who pass the exam, a certificate will be awarded with grades instead of marks. The grading system follows the criteria mentioned above.
